Just to reinforce what has been said above, when you start to learn to drive, your instructor knows this is a daunting and for some people a scary experience. Rest assured that your driving instructor will not place you into a position where he/she believes you are unable to cope with, and if for any reason you feel out of your depth, your instructor can and will always help you, both verbally and physically by the use of their dual controls.
I have been a fully qualified ADI since september 2005 and on september 8th 2008 I shall be joining the Bill Plant school and covering the Bradford area. Please do not feel nervous, I know the area like the back of my hand and as such, I, along with the rest of the Bill Plant instructors in Bradford will make your driving tuition an enjoyable, rewarding experience.
